1. Choose "Reservations" from the Sidebar Menu and select "Invoices" from the drop-down.
2. A list of all of your Invoices will appear. Click the pink "Email Invoice" button in the left column.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only send an Invoice if you've added a valid email address to the Client Profile.
3. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm you'd like to send the Quote to the primary passenger. Click the pink "Yes" button to confirm. A copy of the email will be sent to your email as well.
4. The email will come from "invoice@yourtraveladvisor.info" and will look like the below image with the invoice PDF attached.
