1. Click on "Dashboard" on the Sidebar Menu and select "Support Center" from the drop-down.
2. The Support Center is where you can create tickets for help from TPI, view the status of tickets, and view articles from the Knowledge Base. Click the pink conversation bubble in the lower right corner.
3. You'll first see popular articles within the Knowledge Base breaking down how Suitcase works.
4. By clicking the book button at the bottom, you will access various categories within the Knowledge Base where you can search for articles for help.
5. The Tickets tab allows you to create and submit a ticket for support. You can select the TPI Department that you need assistance from, and you will need to enter your contact details and description of your issue. When finished, hit the blue "Submit" button to create a ticket.
6. For chat support, click the conversation bubbles at the bottom and then click the blue "Chat Now" button in the middle.
