Adding Client Payment Information

1. Click "Clients" from the Sidebar Menu.




2. A list of all of your clients will appear. Click on the client you want to edit.




3. A pop-up will appear. Click "Edit" in the top right of the page.




4. Scroll down to "Additional Information" and select "+Payment Information". 




5. A pop-up will appear. Enter the Payment Information in the respective fields. The pink asterisk notates required fields, including: Name on Card, Billing Address 1, Billing City, Billing State/Province, Billing Country, Billing ZIP, Credit Card Number, CVV/CVC, Exp. Date, and Status. When you're finished, scroll down and select the pink "Submit" button at the bottom. 

**PLEASE NOTE: This is the only area in Suitcase you're able to store credit card information. Do not store credit card information in any other areas except in the Payment Information section.
